Over all good place but the food they served is not up to the standard

Very bad experiance Uncooked dinner, late breakfast, no room service, extra bedding provided was like tent house service, the room charges was like 3-4 star resort and facilities was substandard. They can not manage a group of 20 So avoid booking for a group party and group stay.

We had booked your hotel; however, we did not receive services as per the charges paid. The following issues were observed during our stay: Morning tea was not served on time, and when it was finally served, it came in paper cups — one of which even had a cockroach in it. Breakfast was provided with considerable delay. Both snacks and dinner were not properly cooked and were of poor quality. The overall experience was disappointing and far below the expected service standards.

Stayed at Hotel Simbal Valley in Una-forgot my chargers, and the owner went out of his way to courier them back. Real kindness in a sea of meh service spots. Views were killer too, but that extra touch? Legendary
